Safe Space Policy

This is a safe space for every single person. ALL sexual orientations, races, nationalities, genders, religions, political parties, etc are welcome in this space. We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech and discrimination in this sacred space. Violation of the Safe Space Policy will result in immediate termination of any session and the full service charged to your card on file with a 20% tip which will be used for a donation in your name to support the group being discriminated against.

Full Cancelation Policy

If I am not able to make a scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I agree to pay 50% of the full session rate the day of my scheduled appointment to my card on file if I give less than 24 hours’ notice. I agree to pay the full session rate the day of my scheduled appointment to my card on file if I give 4 hours’ notice or less, or if I miss an appointment without giving notice. If within 24 hours of my session, I develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering me unable to make my appointment,  I understand this cancelation policy still applies to me. I will inform Nine Worlds Healing right away, and I will pay the cancellation fee.

Punctuality Policy

I understand in order to get the full session time I have scheduled I must arrive on time. If I arrive late, I understand the therapist can only give me whatever time remains of my appointment, and that I will pay for the full length of the session that I booked.

Credit Card Policy

I understand in order to hold my appointment for a service I am required to have a card on file. This will not be charged unless I give permission or to honor cancellation policies. If I do not have a card on file I understand I forfeit my appointment slot.

No Tipping Policy

Effective January 15, 2020. I understand that I will not have the option to leave a tip on my credit card or form of payment. If I bring cash, I will be expected to bring the exact amount.

Communication with Healer Policy

I understand that in order for me to receive the best service possible, I know that I have to communicate ANYTHING and everything, including my needs, preferences, requests, or feedback, at any time before, during, or after my service. I take it upon myself to communicate right away if there is anything distracting me or if I feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that adjustments can be made. I understand that my therapist wants my HONEST feedback - positive or negative - and doesn’t take offense to it.
